With nearly 16 years of experience in Real Estate, I've represented clients in a variety of transactions. I work with a range of Buyers including investors and first timers! And I work with Sellers, even if you may owe more than the property's value. I cover all of Contra Costa County and parts of Alameda County, and I have experience with probate sales, 1031 exchanges, short sales, foreclosures, and unique properties.
